A stone-paved path receding between ancient Japanese cedars, moss-covered stone lanterns lining both sides and sunlight falling through the canopy.

I design and build websites.

No agency, no layers in between.

What I do

A new website
From the first conversation to launch: purpose, design and code. Shaped around what you want.
Adjustment
Slower than it ought to be, unreadable on a phone, or simply past its time. I look at what is there and rebuild what needs rebuilding.
Better findability
More and more, a search no longer starts at Google but at an AI that hands back a single answer. To be named in it, your site has to be readable by a machine: clear structure, clean code, and answers where they are expected. That is what I build toward.

People decide whether they trust you within seconds.

For most business owners the website is the first thing anyone sees of you, often before the phone rings. What it says decides whether that conversation happens at all.

So a good site is not optional. It loads at once, including on a phone with half a signal. It says in one sentence what you do and who for.

Slow, unclear or hard to find costs you the customers you never saw arrive.

The work

  1. Livezona-cucina.nldesign + build

    Studio Zona Cucina

A one-man studio selling bespoke Italian kitchens, working exclusively with Spagnol Cucine. Three collections, each with its own character. The site had to show that difference without turning into a catalogue.

  2. Web + appprivatedesign + build

    Player Interchange System

Making the interchanges during a hockey match is arithmetic you do not want to be doing on the touchline: who is short on minutes, who comes off next, which positions still work. This system does that maths, following rules each team sets for itself. Web and native, for private use only.

  3. In progressproduct design

    Project management tool

Planning, tracking and logging your hours in one place. A technical project, where the weight sits on how it works rather than how it looks.

Player Interchange System

A project detail page showing budget, hourly rate, project manager, team, run dates, and below them the meetings and milestones.
A Gantt view with projects, phases and work items as coloured bars across the months of a year, with a line marking today.
A weekly overview with four headline figures and, below them, the week’s work items grouped per project with hours per item.
